摘要
现行教育理论中教育者优越论的实质是教育者和受教育者的等级性地位观,是一种不平等的教育观,其失误在于以哲学、社会学、教育学三个方面理解教育者与受教育者的地位与作用过程中的无限定、无边界的泛化式思维,因此,对现行教育者优越性的改造就要走出其理解方式,而把对教育者与受教育者地位与作用的考察转换到对具体的教育事实的关注上来,只有在转换后的新视野中,才能真正构建出反映当代教育者与受教育者地位的新理论,即以平等为基础的教育。
The essence of the educators' enjoying superiority in the current educational theory is in fact the view that educators and people being educated are different in their status and as an unfair educational view, its fault lies in the boundless and infinite thinking in understanding the status and function of educators and people being educated from the perspectives of philosophy, sociology and pedagogy. To change the view that the educators enjoy superiority, we must understand their status in a different way and focus on the specific educational facts, thus the possibility of constructing the new theory reflecting the real status of contemporary educators and people being educated, that is, the education based on equality.
