摘要
从欣赏的意义及其与和谐的相互作用出发,结合教育教学实践与研究,探讨了师生之间通过相互欣赏达到关系和谐,主要指教师对于学生独立人格的珍视、多元化思想观念的尊重和多样性个性的欣赏,学生对教师的尊重、理解和关心。
From the perspective of appreciation and its interaction with harmony,and combining the practice and research of education and teaching,the paper thinks that the harmonious relationship between teachers and students can be realized through mutual appreciation.This idea mainly covers not only teach-ers’treasuring students’independent personality,respecting their diversified opinions and appreciating their various individualities but also student’s esteem for,understanding of and concern for teachers.
