摘要
从人本管理的理论渊源、人本管理的内涵、人本管理与制度管理、能本管理的关系以及人本管理实施途径的探索4个方面,对近10年来国内关于人本管理的研究成果做了系统梳理。
Dealing with four aspects--the theory source,the connotation,the approach of implement of human-oriented management and the relation between the human-oriented management-and system-oriented management and ability-oriented management,this essay cards systematically the production of study about human-oriented management in recent tem years,which provides a reference of theory for the further research about human-oriented management in the future.
