摘要
现代意义的管理学,是从古典管理理论开始的。泰勒第一次系统地把科学方法引人管理实践,提出了科学管理原理,开了管理理论研究的先河,使管理真正成为一门科学,泰勒因而被人们称为"科学管理之父",他所创立的科学管理原理与方法不仅在当时起了重要的作用,直接推动了科学管理运动的兴起和社会生产力的提高,而且对以后的管理理论的发展也有着深刻的影响。科学管理也是人本管理的里程碑,其中蕴涵的朴素人本主义的管理思想对企业管理也有很强的借鉴意义。
Management in modern sense is orginated from the classical management theory. Taylor, the first man who introduced scientific method into management practice, brought forward scientific management theory and made management a real science, is regarded as "the father of scientific management". The scientific management principles and methods found by him not only played an important role in directly promoting the scientific management movement and the rise of social productivity at his time, but also made profound impact on the future development of management theory a. Scientific management is also one milestone of people - centered management, in which the plain implication of humanity has a strong reference for enterprise management.
