摘要
科学主义管理与人道主义管理都是以企业中的人为核心的。前者强调严格、精确、自律 ,后者强调人的抽象人格 ,主张尊重人 ,理解人 ,信任人 ,以达到理性自觉的境界。人道主义管理是更高境界的管理理念、方法和制度 ,但它以科学主义所达到的严格、精确为现实基础 ,所以 ,不能站在科学主义之外枉谈人道主义。人类社会不能逾越商品经济的充分发展阶段 ,企业管理也不能逾越适当形式的科学主义的充分发展。中国企业没有经历严格、精确和自律精神的洗炼 。
Persons are regarded as the core in both scientistic management and humanitarian management.The former lays stress on strictness,exactitude and self discipline,while the latter lays stress on abstract personality and advocates respecting,understanding and trusting employees so as to bring about a rational self awareness.Humanitarian management is the more advanced management than that of scientism in that it is based on strictness and exactitude achieved through scientism.Therefore,we cannot talk about humanitarianism aside from scientism.Human society cannot overstep the full development of the commodity economy;and likewise enterprise management cannot overstep the full development of some suitable form of scientism.Enterprises in China must make up for the deficiency in scientistic management because strictness,exactitude and self discipline are relatively hitherto unknown.
