摘要
从动力学及结构方面分析了循环球式转向器实现变传动比的可行性及实现方法。根据齿轮啮合原理,推导出了变传动比转向器齿条齿扇啮合方程、齿廓方程,给出了锥形齿扇小端不根切、大端不变尖的条件和齿扇几何尺寸的计算公式,并利用变传动比齿扇的齿廓曲面求解具体算例,证明了理论推导的正确性。
The possibility and way to make re-circulating ball steering gear with variable ratio from dynamics and structure is analyzed in the article. Based on the theory of gear engagement, the equations of contact line between rack and gear sector and tooth profile of gear sector for automobile steering gear with variable ratio are derived. The calculation formulas of modification coefficient for the sector gear teeth tooth to avoid undercutting at the small end and pointing at the big end and the geometric dimensions of sector gear are given. Finally, a computation example is given, which proves the correctness of the theory.
