摘要
高等院校创新文化建设既是构建国家创新体系的客观要求,也是国家创新体系可持续发展的基础。从宣传导向上,突出创新的重要性;体制导向上,发挥师生创新作用;政策导向上,激发师生的创新热情;管理作风导向上,支持创新、参与创新等四个方面对如何构建高校创新文化进行研究对新时期高校创新文化建设有一定的指导意义。
Fostering an innovation culture in colleges and universities is not only the requirement for construction of a state innovation infrastructure but also the basis for sustainable development of this infrastructure. The article is the result of studying on how to cultivating innovation in colleges and universities, with emphasis on four perspectives: the importance of innovation; maximizing the creativity of staff and students; activating the staff and students' enthusiasm for innovation; and support and participation of innovation.
