摘要
创新精神在本质上是指一个人从事创新活动、产生创新成果、成为创新之人所具备的综合素质;具有综合性、关联性和发展性特点;在结构上涉及创新意识、创新情意、创新思维、创新个性、创新品德、创新美感、创新技法等,这些因素在人的创新精神中扮演不同的角色和作用,构成一个整体。
Innovational spirit naturally means the comprehensive qualities with which one person does in novational activity, produces new products and becom an innovational person, It＇s main Characteristics are comprehensive, relevant and developmental. It＇s main structural elements are innovational consciousness, innovational mented, innovational emotion, innovational personality, innovational morals, innova tional sense of beauty and innovational skills. These dements play different roles and construct one whole in the innovational spirit.
