摘要
经济法的宗旨是利益平衡，社会总体利益是经济法的价值归宿，基于经济法的利益平衡的宗旨和追求社会总体利益的价值归宿，通过对我国当前存在的各种不平衡利益关系的分析．提出了经济法体系建构的理论模式。
Economic law`s purpose is the balance of interests ,pursuing the social total interests is the home to return to economic law ,based on which ,by analyzing kinds of interests present in our country nowadays,the thesis advances the theoretical model about construction of the economic law `s system
