摘要
简要介绍了小波变换在滚动轴承故障特征提取中的应用。结合小波变换和专家系统技术在Delphi6平台下研制了一套滚动轴承故障诊断专家系统。详细阐述了系统的总体结构、各模块功能、知识库的组成及知识的表示、诊断推理策略等。实现了对机车滚动轴承的智能监测与诊断。
In this paper, the application of wavelet transform to roller bearing′s fault feature extraction is simply introduced. Combining wavelet transform with expert system technology, a kind of fault diagnosis system for roller bearing under Delphi6 is researched. The system archetacture, the functions of each module, the knowledge expression, the organizing form of knowledge base, and diagnosis inferential strategy are detailedly described. The diagnosis expert system has been applied to the intelligent detection and diagnosis of the engine roller bearing.
