摘要
简要介绍了铁谱分析技术,并对铁谱分析技术和图像识别技术在发动机故障监测中的应用进行了研究,构建了发动机的故障诊断专家系统,介绍了在Delphi6平台下开发专家系统的总体结构、设计思路及实现方法,详细阐述了各模块功能、知识的表示方法和推理策略,实现了对发动机运行状态及零部件失效的智能监测与诊断。
In this paper, the Ferrography was simply introduced; the application of the Ferrography and image recognition in the fault diagnosis expert system for engines was studied. The fault diagnosis expert system was designed. And the overall structure, the design and implementing method of the fault diagnosis expert system under Delphi 6 were introduced. The functions of each module, the knowledge organizing form and the reasoning strategy were detailedly described. This expert system was applied to the intelligent detection and diagnosis of the engine system state and accessoryfailure.
