摘要
近几年国家通过制定特殊政策和加大投入,使边境地区的少数民族教育状况有了很大改观。但由于多种客观原因,边境少数民族教育仍面临着许多困难。少数民族学生向境外流失的现象不同程度地存在,这些学生可能出现国家意识和民族认同的边缘化倾向;边境地区乡村中小学的办学条件较差、教育效果仍然较低。应继续加大专项投入,扩大"三免费"的范围和力度;重视边境少数民族的民族认同和国家认同教育;开展边境民族教育改革试点工作,探索科学合理的教学和管理模式。
In recent years,great improvement has been made in ethnic minority education in border areas due to special policies and increasing investment of the state. However,because of various reasons,ethnic minority education in border areas still faces many difficulties. Brain drain of ethnic minority students still exists to varying degrees. These students may have a tendency to lose their national and ethnic identification. Besides,schoolrunning conditions for rural middle and primary schools in border areas are very poor and educational efficiency is still considerably low.Therefore,special investment should be continuously increased and the coverage of 'three types of cost free' should be enlarged;importance should be attached to the education of national and ethnic identification for ethnic minority students in border areas;and pilot projects of ethnic education reform in border areas should be carried out to explore scientific and rational models of teaching and administration.
