摘要
用在平菇栽培前不同量的食用菌增产素进行拌料处理。试验结果表明 :不同浓度 (0 .2 5～ 4g/kg)的增产素处理 ,平菇菌丝的生长情况和子实体产量在差异明显。以 1g/kg浓度的处理作用效果最好 ,显著地促进了平菇菌丝生长并提高了子实体产量。
In this experiment the different amounts of edible fungi-Zengchansu were mixed with medium before Pleurotus ostreatus culture.In the range of experimental density, there were differences in the influence of various density of edible fungi on mycelium growth and fruiting bodies yield. At the density of 1g/kg experimental result was best and fruiting bodies yield were improved obviously.
