摘要
用正交试验方法对广枣中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了探讨.选取乙醇浓度、乙醇倍量、提取时间、提取次数四个考察因素,进行L16正交试验.确定了最佳提取工艺条件为:用12倍量、60%乙醇回流提取4次、每次1.5h.乙醇浓度对总黄酮含量的影响特别显著.在此条件下总黄酮的平均得率为3.653%.
Concentration of alcohol,refluxing time,amount of alcohol and refluxing number of times were tested in orthogonal array design for extracting process.Experimental results showed that concentration of alcohol was the significant factor.The best extracting process can be described as: the drug powder is refluxed 4 times (1.5 h each time),60% alcohol with 12 times of the amount to drug weight.The average yield is 3.653%.
