摘要
从重庆城南污水处理厂活性污泥中筛选得到一株产絮凝剂的杆菌RL-2,初步鉴定为短芽孢杆菌属Bacillusbrevis。在以葡萄糖为碳源,酵母膏+(NH4)2SO4为氮源,初始pH值7.0,培养温度30℃,搅拌速度120~150r/min的条件下,培养3d,可获得高絮凝活性的胞外生物絮凝剂。经研究发现该絮凝剂是一种对高岭土悬浊液具有高絮凝活性的生物高分子。在最佳操作条件下,对多种实际废水有明显的除浊净化效果。
A strain of flocculant-producing Bacillus, RL-2, was screened out from the activated sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Chongqing, which was preliminarily identified to be a bacillus brevis. With glucose as the source of carbon and yeast extract and (NH4)2SO4 as the source of nitrogen, under the conditions that the initial pH was 7, the culture temperature was 30 ℃, the mixing speed was 120 ~ 150 r/min, and by culturing for 3 days, an exocytic bioflocculant with high flocculating activity was obtained, which was found through study to be a biopolymer with high flocculating activity toward Kaolin clay suspension. This flocculant has an obvious effect on clearing and cleaning many kinds of real waste water under optimum operating conditions.
