摘要
微生物胞外聚合物(EPS)主要成分包括蛋白质,多聚糖,核酸和脂类等,这些生物高分子物质结构上带负电的配位基团对重金属有良好的吸附效能。本文利用蒸汽法提取某生活污水处理厂活性污泥胞外聚合物,分别研究了pH值、EPS投加量、吸附时间以及共存离子等因素对Pb2+、Zn2+、Cu2+三种离子在EPS结构上吸附规律的影响,并分析了其吸附机理。结果表明:EPS对三种金属离子的吸附平衡时间均约为45min;在EPS浓度为193.2mg/L时,吸附效果最好;pH值取6时有利于吸附的进行;由于竞争吸附的关系,干扰离子的存在一定程度上抑制了EPS的吸附。从活性污泥中提取胞外聚合物用于重金属污染治理,不但能有效去除重金属,还能同步达到污泥减容减量的目的,以废治污,意义较大。
Microbial extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) major components, include proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acid and lipid. The structure of biological macromolecular ligand with negatively charged groups on the adsorption of heavy metal has good performance. The kind of EPS from activated sludge made as scream from one sewage treatment plant adsorbents to adsorb Pb2+, Zn2+ and Cu2+ in water respectively. This paper focused on the influences of pH value, dosage of EPS, adsorption time and co-existed ions on adsorption ability. The results show that EPS of the three metal ions adsorption equilibrium time was about 45min. EPS concentration 193.2mg/L is the best adsorption. Since the activity of extracellular polymeric role of functional groups, acidic and alkaline conditions will inhibit the adsorption of heavy metals, pH take 6 to benefit the adsorption. As the competitive adsorption of the relationship between the presence of interfering ions to some extent inhibited the adsorption of EPS. Extracted from the activated sludge extracellular polymers for heavy metal pollution, not only can effectively remove heavy metals, but also simultaneously achieve the purpose of reduction of sludge volume reduction to waste pollution, meaning greater.
