摘要
从活性污泥中筛选到1株絮凝活性很高的菌株MY-88。研究结果表明,MY-88的初始培养pH为6.5~7.0,最适温度为25~35℃,最适碳源为葡萄糖;在摇床速度为180r/min时,其絮凝率达100%。Na^+、K^+、Ca^2+、Fe^3+均有较好的促絮凝作用,其中Ca^2+尤为显著,使絮凝率这99.6%。MY-88在较大的pH、温度、摇床速度、搅拌速度、水样pH等范围内均具有较高的絮凝活性,显示出良好的应用前景。
A strain MY-88 possessing very high flocculation was screened from activated sludge. The study showed that the initial culture of MY-88 was pH 6.5-7.0, and optimum temperature was 25-35℃, and the best carbon source was glucose, when it was cultured in shaker at 180 rpm, the flocculation rate was 100%. Na^+、K^+、Ca^2+ and Fe^3+ facilitate the flocculation, especially Ca^2 + , and it alone made the flocculation rate at 99.6 %. MY-88 has fairly high flocculation activity at relatively wide range of pH, temperature, shaker's rpm, mixing speed, and pH of water sample, demonstrating good application prospects.
