摘要 血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor ,VEGF)是作用最强、特异性最高的血管生成调控因子 .非小细胞肺癌 (non -smallcelllungcarcinoma .,NSCLC)易于早期转移的生物学特性与VEGF的作用相关 .就VEGF与NSCLC的发生、发展、预后关系和作为治疗靶点的价值研究领域的最新进展进行综述 . Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)is a most functional and special adjusting factor in vascular. The biological feature of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)to be prone to transfer at early stage is closely related to the effect of VEGF. The paper reviews the latest research development on the occurrence, development, prognosis of NSCLC and value of VEGF as a treatment to target.
