摘要
目的观察成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(FGFR1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肺鳞癌中的表达,并分析其与预后的相关性。方法收集肺鳞癌组织标本135例和癌旁组织标本125例。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测不同肺组织中FGFR1和VEGF的表达水平,分析两者表达与临床病理参数的关系。肺鳞癌患者预后的影响因素采用Cox多因素分析。结果肺鳞癌组织标本中FGFR1和VEGF的阳性表达率和表达水平均高于癌旁组织(P﹤0.05);在肺鳞癌组织中,FGFR1阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处器官转移及TNM分期有关(P﹤0.05),VEGF阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P﹤0.05);Cox多因素分析结果显示,肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、FGFR1及VEGF均为肺鳞癌预后的独立因素(P﹤0.05)。结论肺鳞癌患者的FGFR1和VEGF表达水平升高,并在肿瘤分化、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及预后中发挥重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression of fibroblast growth factor receptors 1 (FGFR1) and vascular endo- thelial growth factor (VEGF) in squamous cell lung cancer and explore the correlation with prognosis. Method 135 cas- es of human squamous cell lung cancer tissues and 125 cases of paracancerous tissues were collected. Immunohistochem- istry assay was used to detect the expression levels of FGFRI and VEGF, the association with clinical pathological param- eters was analyzed. In addition, the prognostic factors of squamous cell lung cancer were evaluated by Cox multivariate analysis. Result The positive expression rate and levels of FGFR1 and VEGF were higher in squamous cell lung cancer tissues than in paracancerous tissues (P〈0.05); In squamous cell lung cancer tissues, the positive expression rate of FGFR1 were associated with differentiation, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stage (P〈0.05), while that of VEGF were related to differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P〈0.05); Cox multivariate analysis showed that differentiation, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, as well as FGFRI and VEGF levels were predictors for the prognosis of squamous cell lung cancer (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of FGFR1 and VEGF are elevated in patients with squamous cell lung cancer, and is essentially correlated with the tumor differentiation, lymph node metasta- sis, and TNM stage.
