白血病的抗血管生成治疗策略 被引量:1

摘要 白血病的发生、发展和预后与骨髓血管生长程度及血管生成调控因子高表达密切相关。因此抑制内皮细胞增殖、封闭刺激因子受体以及阻断VEGF相关基因的表达等抗血管治疗策略有可能成为白血病治疗中的一个新靶点。
