摘要
通过HE染色及凋亡细胞检测技术对大鼠乌头碱中毒后心肌病理变化进行系统研究 ,对研究结果进行计算机病理学图像分析。结果可见 ,大鼠在中毒后的不同时间段 ,心肌细胞凋亡数均高于正常对照组 ,且同一器官的凋亡细胞数在不同时间段差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。提示在乌头碱中毒临床症状不明显及毒物分析难以检测的情况下 ,应用凋亡细胞检测技术可成功检测出心肌细胞的病理学变化。
An experimental model o f aconit ine poisoning was established in Wistar rats,and pathological changes in their m yocardial cells and apoptotic cells were examined by hematoxylineosin and immun o histochemical staining techniques,and an alyzed by computer pathological image co mpetitive system.Results showed that qua ntities of apoptosis in myocardial cells of poisoning rats were much more than t h ose in control ones at different stages( P<0.01).It is suggested that whe n clinic al symptoms of aconitine poisoning were not so apparent or poison could not be d etected,pathological changes of importan t organs could be successfully detected through apoptosis examination.
