色谱联用技术在中药及民族药物代谢组学研究中的应用进展 被引量:1

Progress in the Application of Chromatographic Combined Technology in the Study of Metabolomics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ethnic Medicine

摘要 由于中药及民族药生物样品中未知化合物种类多、组成复杂、代谢物浓度差异大等原因,导致精确分析代谢产物有一定难度。色谱-质谱联用技术结合了色谱卓越的分离能力与质谱准确的定性定量优势,应用于分析中药及民族药物中的单味药与复方药物的代谢组学,已成为药物代谢组学研究的理想工具。综述色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS、LC-MS)在中药及民族药代谢组学研究中的应用进展,为中药及民族药物的进一步研究提供参考。 It is more difficult to accurately analyze metabolites,due to many kinds of unknown compounds,complex compositions and large concentration differences of metabolites in biological samples of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine.The chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with the excellent separation ability of chromatography and the accurate qualitative and quantitative advantages of mass spectrometry has been applied to analyze the metabolomics of single and compound drugs in traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine,and it has become an ideal tool for drug metabolomics research.The application progress of chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS,LC-MS)in metabolomics research of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine was reviewed,which provided reference for further study of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine.
