制度是人们进行社会交往的正式规则。制度德性的本质是公正。制度的形成和安排受一定时代伦理精神的关照而具有道德教化价值,制度德性通过制度环境和制度实施而影响人们的道德品质的养成。
Institution is a formal regulation of social communication. Justice is the nature of institution morality. Institution has a value of moral education for its birth and arrangement nurtured by ethics spirit. Institutional morality affects the cultivation of a man moral quality by institutional environment and implement.
