雾化吸入紫菀及远志提取物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰液特性的影响 被引量:13

The impacts of extracts from root of Thnleaf milknort and Prilla frutescens britt by nebulizing inhalation on the phlegm profile in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的研究雾化吸入紫菀及远志提取物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)痰液特性的影响,以探索治疗COPD的新方法。方法用水醇法从紫菀和远志中提取紫菀皂甙及远志皂甙。将COPD患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者雾化吸入紫菀及远志皂甙,对照组患者吸入生理盐水。分别收集雾化吸入前、后1h的痰液,观察痰液总量、干/湿重比、黏度及中性粒细胞膜结合弹力酶表达水平。结果雾化吸入紫菀及远志提取物后与吸入前相比,患者痰量增多、痰液干/湿比下降、黏度下降及中性粒细胞膜结合弹力酶表达降低;对照组无类似改变。结论雾化吸入紫菀及远志提取物有利于COPD患者的痰液外排,可改善黏液纤毛清除功能,在COPD的治疗中有一定价值。 Objective To investigate the influence of extracts distilled from root of Thnleaf milknort and Prilla frutescens britt through nebulizing inhalation on phlegm characteristics in chronic obstructive plmonary disease (COPD) in order to explore a new therapeutical approach.Methods The trierpenoidal Saponins were distilled from root of Thnleaf milknort and Prilla frutescens britt by water alcohol method.40 subjects with COPD were enrolled and divided into treatment and control groups.The formers was treated by extract aqueous inhalation and the laters by 0 9%NaCl.The sputum were collected before and after nebulzing inhalation.The sputum volum and dry/wet weight ratio were recorded and the expression of membrane bounded neutrophils elastase were assayed.Results After extract aqueous inhalation,the subjects in treatment group presented increased sputum production,decreased dry/wet weight ratio,lower mucosity and suppressed expression of membrane bounded neutrophils elastase compared with those in control group.Conclusion Inhalation of aqueous extract from Thnleaf milknort and Prilla frutescens britt is effective to discharge sputum and improve mucocilliary function in the patients with COPD.
