摘要
对磷石膏综合利用产出的氯化钙制备碳酸钙的工艺进行了研究。以碳酸氢铵和氨水为碳化剂 ,考察了反应温度等单因素对碳化反应时钙转化率的影响 ,通过正交实验确定了反应的工艺条件 ;氯化钙得到深加工 。
In this study,the synthetic process of calcium carbonate from calcium chloride,which is produced from phosphogypsum,is researched. The influences of single factor,such as the reaction temperature etc.,on the calcium conversion are also investigated when using ammonium bicarbonate and ammonia as the carbonization reagents.Moreover,the process conditions are determined by the orthogonal tests.It is believed that the research on calcium chloride will enhance the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.
