摘要
二氧化碳减排,对于实现我国社会经济可持续发展和营造良好的国际环境具有重要意义。文章分析了广州石化炼厂制氢装置副产二氧化碳的情况,比选食品级液体二氧化碳生产工艺技术路线,提出了二氧化碳资源有效回收利用途径。通过技术经济评价,二氧化碳的资源化利用不仅可以大幅减低温室气体排放,保护环境,更能带来可观的经济效益。
Reduced emission of CO2 is of great significance in maintaining sustainable development of our social economy and building a good international environment. The paper analyzed the scenario of CO2, the by-product of the hydrogen production unit of Sinopec Guangzhou Company. Means of effectively recovering and utilization of CO2 were proposed by comparing and selecting process and technology and lines to produce foodstuff grade liquid CO2. Estimated through technology and economy, comprehensive utilization of CO2 can not only reduce emission of greenhouse gases and protect environment, but also enhance considerable economic benefit.
