摘要
利用磷石膏与碳酸铵转化反应制硫酸铵的工艺是综合利用磷石膏的有效途径。概述了前期工作者关于综合利用副产物碳酸钙渣的一些研究方法和结论,在用以生产轻质碳酸钙和作为水泥原料时,存在杂质含量高影响产品质量的问题。同时也指出悬浮预热分解冷却工艺分解碳酸钙渣制取石灰是一种较为适宜的处理碳酸钙渣的方式,介绍了研究结论并提出利用碳酸钙渣分解制取的活性石灰处理污水是下一步的研究方向。
The process of using phosphogypsum and ammonium carbonate to prepare ammonium sulfate is an effective way of comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.Some methods and conclusions about the byproduct calcium carbonate residue made by previous researchers were introduced.However, high impurity content influenced products' quality when it was used to produce light calcium carbonate and being as the raw material of cement.It also pointed out that the decomposition of calci- um carbonate residue by the suspension preheating-decomposition-coaling process to produce lime was a suitable treatment method, and the research conclusion was introduced.At last, it was proposed that the application of as-prepared active lime in sewage treatment will be the next step in the research.
