摘要
对 30CrMnSiNi2A钢采用粗磨削、精磨削、振动光饰、振动强化和喷丸强化等不同的表面加工方式获得了不同的表面状态 ,研究了不同表面加工条件下的表面粗糙度、表面残余应力对其疲劳性能的影响。结果表明 ,30CrMnSiNi2A钢的疲劳性能对表面状态敏感 ,其中喷丸强化可使疲劳寿命在相同的应力 (90 0MPa)条件下由粗磨削的 3 16× 10 3循环周次提高到 3 31× 10
The surface manufacture condition changes including surface roughness,surface residual stress caused by rough grinding,refined grinding,vibration polishing,vibration peening and shot-peening and their effects on fatigue property in 30CrMnSiNi2A steel were investigated.The results show that fatigue property is sensitive to surface integrity and the fatigue life can be increased from 3.16×10~3 cycles to 3.31×10~5 cycles under the same stress level(900MPa) for 30CrMnSiNi2A steel by shot peening comparing with rough grinding specimens.
