摘要
使用MMS-1G高速销盘摩擦磨损实验机,以一种正在开发的导轮材料为研究对象,通过自定的试验方案,考察了该材料在不同载荷和不同速度条件下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:材料的磨损率随载荷的增加和磨损速度的增大而逐渐增大;摩擦系数随载荷的增加和磨损速度的增大逐渐降低;在试验条件下,磨损机制是磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损,随载荷和磨损速度的增大,磨损机制有从磨粒磨损过渡到疲劳磨损的趋势。
Using high speed pin-disk friction and wear mechanism, the friction and wear resistance properties of a new guide pulley material were studied, under the condition of variable load and speed.
