海洋大气中30CrMnSiNi2A钢接触腐蚀疲劳性能研究 被引量:7

Research on Fatigue Properties of Galvanic Corrosion of 30CrMnSiNi2A Steel in Marine Atmosphere

摘要 为了研究海洋大气环境下30CrMnSiNiA钢的接触腐蚀性能,将磷化后喷涂漆层的30CrMnSiNi2A钢在海南和青岛进行大气暴露试验,利用疲劳寿命均值、安全寿命、概率统计t检验、表面腐蚀形貌和断口形貌观察,研究不同连接状态的30CrMnSiNiA钢的腐蚀特征和表面防护效果.研究结果表明:磷化后涂漆的30CrMnSiNiA钢暴晒于海南和青岛,腐蚀都很轻微,海南试样比青岛试样的腐蚀较严重;海洋大气腐蚀对磷化后涂漆的30CrMnSiNiA钢的疲劳寿命无影响;磷化层和漆层可有效防止30CrMnSiNiA钢的大气腐蚀和接触腐蚀. To study the contact corrosion of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel in marine atmosphere ,atmospheric exposure tests of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel ,processed by phosphorization and painting ,were carried out in Hainan and Qingdao .Fatigue lives average ,safe lives ,probability and statistics t test ,surface corrosion morphology and fracture morphology observing were used to investigate the corrosion features and surface protective measures of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel with different connective condition .The results show :Exposed in Hainan and Qingdao ,30CrMnSiNi2A steel samples which were processed by phosphorization and painting have slight corrosion .Corrosion of samples exposed in Hainan are more serious than those in Qingdao .Marine atmospheric corrosion has no effect on the fatigue lives of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel samples processed by phosphorization and painting .Phosphate layer and paint layer can effectively prevent atmosphere corrosion and contact corrosion of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel .
