摘要
对起膜铲在工作中所受土壤阻力进行试验研究。根据起膜铲需要完成松土起膜、翻起根茬、膜土分离等几项作业的要求 ,寻求影响土壤阻力的因素 ,通过试验建立起膜铲几何参数和工作参数与其所受土壤阻力之间的函数关系 ,通过 Matlab最优化方法确定出最佳参数 ,进行改进设计。试验结果表明 ,改进后的起膜铲改善了残膜回收机的牵引性能 ,且有较好的膜土分离、切除根茬的效果。
The soil resistance force of a loosening shovel was investigated and the dimensions of the shovel were modified by the experiments to improve its dynamic characteristics and to make a productivity gain of the loosening shovel. Based on the requirements to a loosening shovel,such as loosening plastic films,deporting the films and soil, and turning over stubbles, the influencing factors to the resistance force of soil were found and the functional relationship between the soil resistance and the geometric and operating parameters of the loosening shovel was established. The optimum parameters were determined by the commercial package Matlab. The experimental results indicate that the shovel shows better performances in deporting film and soil and cutting stubbles.
