摘要
针对国内外残膜严重污染环境、残膜回收机捡拾率不高及卸膜存在问题,设计了一种弹齿式残膜回收机装置,并阐述了其整体结构和工作原理。根据理论分析及前期试验确定结果,以机器前进速度、卸膜轴与挑膜轴的速度比、挑膜弹齿入土深度为试验因素,残膜捡拾率与卸膜率为目标值,利用Design-expert数据处理软件对其目标值进行响应面优化分析,其影响目标值的显著顺序为:机器前进速度>卸膜轴与挑膜轴的速度比>挑膜弹齿入土深度。试验验证结果表明:当机器前进速度v=1.60m/s、卸膜轴与挑膜轴的速度比u=4.3、挑膜弹齿入土深度h=36.00mm时,残膜捡拾率为88.2%,卸膜率为92.5%,试验值与优化结果的相对误差分别为1.57%、1.80%,均小于5%。试验结果可为残膜回收捡拾机械的设计提供理论依据。
At present, a kind of elastic tooth residual film recycling machine is designed for the serious pollution of the residual film at home and abroad, the low pick-up rate of the residual film recycling machine and the problem of unloading the film. First, the overall structure and working principle of the machine are explained. According to the theoretical analysis and preliminary experiments, the advancement speed of the machine, the speed ratio of the unloading film and the pick-up axis, and the depth of the film-removing teeth are taken as the test factors. The residual film pick-up rate and the unloading rate are the target values, and the Design-Expert data is used. The processing software performs response surface optimization analysis on its target value, and the significant order of its influence on the target value is: the forward speed of the device > the speed ratio of the unloading axis and the picking axis > the depth of the picking film, and the test is verified: The forward speed v of the machine is 1.60 m/s, the speed ratio u of the unloading shaft and the picking shaft is 4.3, and when the depth h of the picking teeth is 36.00 mm, the residual film picking rate is 88.2%, and the unloading rate is 92.5%, the relative error between the experimental value and the optimization result is 1.57% and 1.80%, respectively, less than 5%. The test results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the residual film recovery picking machine.
