残膜物料空气动力学特性与膜杂分离装置试验 被引量:7

摘要 针对机械化回收后的残膜与棉杆、碎土块等杂质不易分离,难以实现二次利用的问题,本文基于膜杂混合物空气动力学特性的不同,设计滚筒筛式膜杂分离装置。通过对膜杂混合物在滚筒筛内的运动规律进行分析,阐明了滚筒筛转速与直径的相互关系。以滚筒筛转速、喂料口风速和滚筒筛长度为试验因素,以分离后残膜的含杂率为试验指标进行实地试验,结果表明各因素对残膜含杂率的影响由大到小为:滚筒筛转速>滚筒筛长度>喂料口风速。通过正交试验极差分析和方差分析得出,当滚筒筛转速为30 r/min,喂料口风速为6.15 m/s,滚筒筛长度为2 800 mm时,分离后残膜含杂率为8.4%。研究结果可为膜杂分离设备研发提供理论依据。 Aiming at the problem that the mechanized recovery separate waste agricultural film from cotton stalk, clay block and other impurities is difficult. In this paper, based on the different aerodynamic characteristics of membrane mixture, the drum screen membrane separation device was designed. By analyzing the movement law of the membrane mixture in the drum screen, the relationship between the rotation speed and the diameter of the drum screen is clarified. Taking the rotating speed of the drum screen, the wind speed of the feeding port and the length of the opening section of the drum screen as the test factors, the field test was carried out with the impurity index of the residual film after separation. The results show that the influence of various factors on the residual film impurity rate is large. To the small: drum screen speed> drum screen opening section length> feed port wind speed. Through orthogonal test range analysis and variance analysis, when the drum screen speed is 30 r/min, the feed port wind speed is 6.15 m/s, and the drum screen opening section length is 2800 mm, the residual film is mixed after separation. The rate is 8.4%. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the development of membrane separation equipment.
