SF/HGF受体c-Met在人脑胶质瘤中的表达与肿瘤恶性表型及预后的关系 被引量:18

摘要 目的 研究扩散因子 (SF/HGF)的受体c Met在胶质瘤中的表达及其与临床表现的关系 ,从蛋白、基因水平进一步揭示胶质瘤的生物学行为。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 60例星形胶质细胞瘤中c Met受体的表达情况 ,结合临床随访资料 ,用统计学方法分析其表达与临床因素的相关性及意义。结果 c Met在正常脑组织及Ⅰ级星形胶质细胞瘤中无明显表达 ,随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增高其表达增强 ,其表达水平与胶质瘤恶性程度呈正相关 ;c Met表达水平与胶质瘤患者预后呈负相关。结论 在人脑胶质瘤中存在c Met的表达 ,其恶性表型及侵袭特性与c Met的表达水平密切相关 ,此表达水平随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增高而上调。c Met的表达水平与胶质瘤患者预后之间存在负相关关系 。 Objective To study the expressions of c-Met,a receptor of SF/HGF in astrocytomas,in order to investigate its significance in tumor behaviorand therapeutic possibility in treatment.Methods Immunohistochemical method LSAB was employed to study the expressions of c-Met in 60 astrocytomas and statistic analysis was carried out according to follow-up.Results The positive staining increased as the tumor grade rised.The c-Met coincided well with gradation of tumor and clinical prognosis.Conclusion c-Met expression has close relationship with tumor gradation,and invasiveness.Higher expressions indicated lesser survival time and may act as an independent prognostic index.
