摘要
以Chevron、ExxonMobil、Shell等公司的加氢处理、加氢裂化、催化脱蜡和异构脱蜡等加氢技术为基础,介绍了国外生产Ⅱ/Ⅲ类润滑油基础油的全加氢型工艺路线和加氢与传统结合的组合工艺路线。通过对SK公司炼厂、Richmond炼厂、Excel公司炼厂、Jurong炼厂、Baytown炼厂、Star公司炼厂和日本石油三菱公司等Ⅱ/Ⅲ类润滑油基础油生产工艺路线的调查,得出的结论认为:Chevron公司的加氢裂化和异构脱蜡技术将是今后润滑油加氢的主力技术;出于成本的考虑,对现有装置进行改造,采用传统与加氢组合的工艺技术也将会得到快速发展。
Based on the hydrotreating,hydrocracking,catalytic dewaxing and isodewaxing technologies from Chevron,ExxonMobil and Shell companies,the all hydro-processing routes and integrated processing approaches of groupⅡ/Ⅲ lube base oils abroad are introduced.The processing routes of groupⅡ/Ⅲ lube base oils in refineries,such as SK,Richmond,Excel,Jurong,Baytown,Star and so on are also investigated.The results show that Chevron's ICR and IDW technologies will play a leading role in the hydro-technology of lube base oil;the revamping of existing units and the application of integrated approach of traditional technology and hydro-technology will also take a great progress in result of production cost.
