摘要
采用管式液相加氢工艺对脱沥青后的废润滑油进行再生研究,结果表明:废润滑油经液相预加氢、加氢精制、减压蒸馏后,可获得约75.67%的优质的APIⅡ类润滑油基础油,12.23%的重质燃料油,9.53%的清洁汽柴油组分,但试验过程中催化剂结焦严重,对废润滑油进行降膜蒸馏处理可有效实现装置的长周期运行。
The regeneration of waste lube oil by liquid-phase hydrogenation process in the tubular reactor was studied.The results showed that 75.67%APIⅡlubricant base,12.23%heavy fuel oil and 9.53%gasoline and diesel could be obtained through pre-hydrogenation,hydrofining and vacuum distillation of waste lube oil.But coke deposition and deactivation of catalysts were serious in the experiment.The long-term operation of the unit can be achieved by falling film distillation treatment of waste lube oil.
