摘要
研究不同的硫化体系、硫化工艺条件下预硫化羧基丁腈胶乳的硫化程度和成膜性能及物理机械性能。结果表明,硫化胶乳随着温度增加和时间的延长,胶乳的成膜性能变差,胶膜容易产生龟裂,溶胀指数值减少,ZnO用量对硫化胶膜的物机性能有影响。
The physical and mechanical properties of glue membrane, degree of vulcanization and film forming properties of vulcanized XNBR latex in the different vulcanization systems and technical conditions were investigated. The results showed that film-forming properties of vulcanized latex become worse, glue membrane produced more cracks and swelling index value reduced when temperature and time were increased. The mechanical properties of the vulcanized XNBR latex were influenced by the amount of ZnO.
