摘要
一次性丁腈手套是医疗消耗品,由于其不易致过敏,良好耐溶剂性以及穿戴舒适性越来越受市场欢迎。本文以交联密度作为主要评价指标,研究了二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(BZ)和二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(EZ)单独使用以及并用时对硫化胶的交联密度的影响;探讨了硫化温度以及硫化时间对交联密度的影响。结果表明在硫化工艺不变的条件增加促进剂的用量,以及混合促进剂并用可增加硫化胶的交联密度,可以提高硫化效率;配方不变的条件下交联密度与丁腈手套的硫化温度和硫化时间成正比。该研究对高质量一次性丁腈手套生产具有指导意义。
Disposable nitrile gloves are medical consumables,they are more and more popular in the market because of their low allergy,good solvent resistance and wearable comfort.Taking the crosslinking density as the main evaluation index,the effects of ZDBC(BZ)and ZDC(EZ)on the crosslinking density of vulcanizates were studied.The effects of curing temperature and curing time on the crosslinking density were discussed.The results showed that the crosslinking density of vulcanizate could be increased and the curing efficiency could be improved by increasing the amount of accelerator and mixing accelerator under the same curing process;The crosslinking density was directly proportional to the curing temperature and curing time of nitrile gloves.This study had guiding significance for the production of high quality disposable nitrile gloves.
