摘要
本文研究了固体法稀土-硼共渗层的组织性能,并与单渗硼层进行了比较,结果表明,稀土-硼共渗提高了渗硼层的耐磨性,降低了渗硼层的脆性,改善了渗层的组织。文中还用现代分析测试手段分析了渗层中的稀土元素,发现稀土元素可渗入到40Cr钢中800μm深处。本文对稀土-硼共渗的机理及稀土元素的作用做了初步的分析探索。
The structure and properties of powder RE—boronizing Layer are studied and compared with boronizing layer, It follows that RE—boronizing layer possesses higher wear—resistance, lower brittleness and finer stucture. It also shows that RE—atoms can be absorbed by the surface of steel, and migrate to the depth of 800μ with the aid of advanced analyzing methods. Besides, the mechanism of RE—boronizing and the effects of RE.
