摘要
当前,流动人口廉租住宅建设制度及管理建设模式存在诸多问题,其规划设计理论滞后,认识上也存在着误区。应对其建设政策、建设机构、设计理念进行创新,如:建立土地有偿使用制度、进行廉租房的联动开发、成立住房租赁公司以完善住房租赁市场等。
Currently,there exist many problems withthe system and mode of management for the con-struction of low-rental residential houses for float-ing population.The theory of design and planninglag behind the construction and there is some mis-understanding in terms of cognition as well.There-fore innovation must be carried out on its construc-tion policies,institutions and design ideas to estab-lish the system of land utilization with pay,performjoint development of low-rental houses and set uphouse leasing company in order to perfect the mar-ket for house renting,etc.[
