摘要
对我国50多所高水平大学教师的调查研究发现:至少在61岁之前,高校教师职业生涯的发展过程不存在一种常见的波形生命周期现象,其学术活力呈现一种线性上升的过程。影响学术活力的主要因素来自个体的信心及其超负荷的时间投入;在不同年龄段,高校教师学术活力存在两级分化的格局,越是进入职业的中后期,分化越突出。
Based on a faculty survey conducted among more than 50high-level universities,we have found that at least before the age of 61,faculty'academic life cycle presents a linear upward rather than a common waveform shape.The main factors influencing the academic vitality come from individuals' confidence and overloaded time investment.In different age stages,faculty's academic performance shows a polarized pattern.In other words,the more one is approaching the later career,the more prominent the differentiation is.
