摘要
天然气是一种重要的清洁能源,在我国一次能源消费结构中的比例不断增加,其能源安全研究成为学术界关注的热点。文章从能源消费、政治经济、运输与环境等4个方面识别天然气能源安全影响因子,运用层次分析法,构建了东南沿海天然气能源安全评价指标体系,并以福建省为研究区域,进行天然气能源安全评价。结果表明,福建天然气能源安全处于基本安全状态,评价结果主要受能源进口价格、对外依存度、以及年均经济增长率的影响。应采取交易方式多样化、气源多元化以及国内外资源互补的措施保障区域能源安全。。
As a type of clean energy,natural gas shared an increasing amount of the primary energy consumption in China and its energy security had gradually become to be research hotspot in academic circles.With analytic hierarchy process,the impact factors of the natural gas energy security are recognized in three aspects of energy consumption,political economy,transportation and environment.Evaluation index system for Chinese southeastern coastal area is established for natural gas energy security.Selected Fujian province as study area,the evaluation of natural gas is conducted.The result,affected by energy import price,external dependence degree and economic growth rate primarily,shows that Fujian natural gas owns a status of basically security at present.The regional energy security should be ensured by diversification of gas trading and gas sources,and also the complementation of the national and international resources.
