摘要
长三角作为我国最具经济活力的地区之一,其各种规模等级的城镇形成了一个体系庞大的城市群落。基于长三角产业竞争力,选取长三角支柱性产业——制造业进行实证分析,发现长三角产业结构具有向"三、二、一"合理布局演化的趋势。由索洛模型测度的产业技术进步情况表明长三角产业技术进步明显,但近几年有所放缓,这意味着长三角创新型城市群建设所基于的产业竞争力提升前景不容乐观。因此,建议从制度创新和培育特色产业集群入手,依靠科技进步和自主创新,促进区域产业优化升级,以为长三角创新型城市群建设铺平道路。
As one of the most economically competitive regions in China,various scales and levels of cities of Yangtze River Delta contribute a large system of city communities.Based on the perspective of industrial competitiveness,this article selects the pillar industry——manufacturing-to make an empirical analysis.It finds that the Yangtze River Delta's industrial structure turns to an evolutionary trend of 'three,two,one' rational distribution.Measured by the Solow Model,it shows that the Yangtze River Delta's industrial technology progresses are obvious.But it has slowed down in recent years,which means that the Yangtze River Delta's innovative city cluster based on the improvement of industrial competitiveness is not optimistic.Therefore,it suggests that government need to focus on the system innovation and foster unique industrial clusters,and that technological progress and independent innovation should be relied on to help upgrading regional industry,so that the way can be paved for the construction of the Yangtze River Delta's innovative city cluster.
