摘要
本文在对中国20个主要城市2012年至2016年城市创新状况进行跟踪调查的基础上,构建中国城市经济创新度指标,研究中国城市经济创新发展的趋势,并进行城市经济创新评级。研究发现中国城市经济创新度总体呈上升趋势,个别城市的经济创新度实现跨越式发展,同等经济创新度城市之间的竞争日益激烈。本文建议高创新度城市应继续保持稳中有进、平衡发展的态势,解决人才问题要"向内"找方法,提升效率水平要多管齐下,创新驱动下的城市经济创新发展需要耐心。
Based on the tracking survey of the status of urban innovation in 20 major Chinese cities from 2012 to 2016,this paper constructs the degree of economic innovation in China,studies the trend of urban economic innovation development in China,and carries out the urban economic innovation rating.It is found that the degree of economic innovation in Chinese cities is on the rise,some individual cities is developing by leaps and bounds,and the competition among cities within the same degree is increasingly fierce.This paper suggests that cities with high degree should continue to maintain the trend of steady progress and balanced development,finding inwards ways to solve the talent problem,improving the efficiency level in a multi-pronged manner,and the innovative development of urban economy driven by innovation needs patience.
