摘要
针对痔上粘膜环切钉合术(PPH术)的临床数据及国内外文献报道,分析痔吻合器临床应用的优缺点、临床要求作为改进背景,对痔吻合器进行结构上的改进建议。通过对中心驱动轴和吻合器有效容积的改进建议,让吻合器兼顾临床需求、安全性、经济要求、人性化操作于一体。
According to hemorrhoidal mucosa circumcision stapling surgery( PPH surgery) and the clinical data reported in the literature,the authors analyzed the clinical merits,demerits and requirements of hemorrhoid staplers to improve the structures. After increasing the effective volume of the center drive shaft and the stapler,Hemorrhoid stapler could meet clinical needs,security requirements,economic demands and humanized operation.
