摘要
经过20多年的持续研究与技术创新,SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机已发展成为国内外新一代的高效强磁选设备。该设备用于分选红矿具有富集比大、回收率高、磁介质不堵塞、设备作业率高的优点,促进我国红矿选矿工业得到了快速发展。对SLon磁选机在鞍钢、马钢、宝钢、昆钢、海钢及秘鲁铁矿的应用情况及效果进行了全面的介绍。
Through more than 20 years' persistent research and innovation, SLon vertial ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separators have been developed into a new generation of high-efficiency high intensity magnetic separators both in and outside China. This equipment, when used in red iron ore processing, has the advantages of high enrichment ratio, great reeovery,noclogging of magnetic matrix and high equipment availability, which has greatly accelerated the development of the red iron ore processing industry in China. The paper describes in an all-sided way the application of SLon separators in Anshan Steel, Maanshan Steel, Bao Steel, Kunming Steel, Hainan Steel and Peru Iron Mine.
