摘要
本文为探讨教师焦虑对工作倦怠的影响,并考察教学效能感的中介作用,对237名中小学教师进行调查研究。结果发现:(1)教师焦虑与工作倦怠呈显著正相关,与教学效能感呈显著负相关;(2)教学效能感与工作倦怠呈显著负相关;(3)教师教学效能感在焦虑对工作倦怠的影响中起部分中介的作用。
To investigate the mediating role of teaching efifcacy between teacher’s anxiety and job burnout, 237 primary and secondary school teachers were surveyed. The results suggested: 1) teachers’ anxiety was signiifcantly and positively correlated with job burnout, and negatively related with teaching efifcacy. 2) Teaching efifcacy was negatively related with job burnout. 3) Teaching efifcacy partially mediated the impact of teachers’ anxiety on job burnout.
