摘要
创业经济已成为经济增长的根本动力之一。而由于创业环境的差异,创业活动的地区发展很不平衡。同时,在创业观念与模式都已发生变化的情况下,社会资本显得越来越重要。本文将从社会资本的视角出发,结合实际调查,以理想类型的研究范式,构建一个可衡量地区创业社会资本环境的评价体系,以求弥补在创业环境研究方面过于偏重经济资本而忽视无形要素的缺陷,从而为各地区明确自身优劣势、构建良好的利于创业的社会资本环境提供参考。
Entrepreneurial Economics has become one of the fundermental impetuses of economic growth.However,activity of new venture creation varies in different areas due to environmental diversities.Simultaneity,social capital becomes increasingly significant in this progress since entrepreneurial ideas as well as patterns have changed remarkably.In order to supplement neglects of immaterial elements in previous studies on environment of entrepreneurial,this paper constructs an evaluation system of social capital environment with investigation.We end it with propositions that local govements ought to do something to promote the construction of social capital.
