摘要
组织间/内竞合的研究近年来得到了越来越多的关注,但是关于竞合文献的梳理与综述依然较少。本文基于文献计量法与知识图谱的研究方法,从发文量、作者、国家、研究机构、关键词等角度分别对中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science两个中外数据库中收录的关于竞合的文献进行可视化分析。基于分析结果,本文梳理了以竞合为主题的热点演进与研究前沿,并通过中外对比,厘清两者的共同联系与各自特色,帮助读者了解竞合的发展历史,明晰现有研究的不足,挖掘研究方向,以期为未来的竞合研究带来启发。
Research on inter/intra organizational coopetition has received increasing attention in recent years,but still very few studies have focused on the literatures review.By adopting the methods of bibliometrization and knowledge maps,we made a visual analysis to the coopetition literatures in two databases(CNKI and Web of Science)from the angle of publication volume,author,country,institution and key words.Based on the analysis results,we revealed the hotspots and development trends of the field of coopetition,and then made a Sino-foreign comparison so as to identify the similarities and differences between the two,help understand the development history of coopetition research,make clear existing research gaps,find future research directions,etc.
