摘要
青光眼患者用药依从性直接关系到眼压控制与维护视功能的效果,然而在实际生活中往往由于各种原因使患者不按医嘱用药,甚至中断用药导致疗效不佳。因此,了解并重视青光眼患者用药依从性是临床工作中不可缺少的环节。近年来,国内外在青光眼患者依从性方面进行了大量的研究,本文对此进行综述。
The glaucoma patients’medicine compliance is directly related to the effects of eye pressure control and the sight function.However due to various reasons,in their daily life patients are unable to take medicine according to the prescription and even stop taking medicine,resulting in little treatment effect.Therefore,it is a necessary procedure to get knowledge of the glaucoma patients' medicine compliance in treatment practice.In this article,the author reviewed a large amount of studies in glaucoma patients' medicine compliance in recent years.
